Swimming and wading pools, water-slides and a diving-board.
The pools at Las Cañadas Campground are completely surrounded by green areas, trees, palapas, tables and grills. There is always a place where you can lie down, set up your camp or enjoy a picnic with your family. We have three pool areas. One is made especially for children (depth of 1.5 ft). The other two have many features, such as water-slides, a diving-board and a nearby dance floor. In addition, we have a water-slide in which you can reach a speed of up to 24.5 mph.
Slide and diving board pool
The main pool has a diving board ready for all of those who enjoy jumping and falling in the fresh water on a hot
summer day. The pool also has a slide that ensures that the young ones can also enjoy that feeling. There is a
three leveled dance floor with background music during the day. In the evenings of summer weekends and holiday
season, the dance floor offers the disco-club athmosphere sought after by the young people with multicolored
lights, video screens playing concerts and sports, all these within a very family and friendly atmosphere
Water Falls Pool
This pool offers a view of split-level waterfalls which are actually water-slides. This is presented in a natural
setting that includes palm trees, trees and bushes decorated with colorful flowers. As it happens all around the
camp, here we have gardens with palapas, tables and grills. There is room for setting up your tent, cooking your
meal and enjoying this site with your family. Remember that our perfectly clean restrooms, hot showers and
dressing rooms can be found close to each pool.
Children´s Aquatic Area
The Pirate´s Cove is the largest children´s water area in Baja extending over 1900 square yards.
Here we give the kids a colorful, safe and fun environment complete with surrounding gardens and grills. At the
Pirate´s Cove, a child can enjoy over 20 different water-slides and other water features up and around a large
pirate ship.
The younger children can also play in slides with fun shapes like a dragon. This mythological creature will entertain
the children with slides that can be crossed while the dragon launches jets of water.
